About the Space

Our home was designed and built in the fall of 2024 with your comfort and convenience in mind. Whether you’re attending SXSW, exploring Austin’s iconic attractions, or simply unwinding in nature, this property has everything you need.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: There are 2 Queen beds located in two master bedrooms on the ground floor. For this listing- the upstairs with large Bunkroom will be closed off. The blackout curtains and dark moody schematic should help ensure a restful stay for up to 4 guests. Luxurious bathrooms feature modern fixtures, sinks, and walk in showers.

Living Areas: Relax in the indoor/outdoor common ground level living space with a 75” smart TV, personalized electronic fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors, and cozy seating facing nature. The indoor dining area comfortably seats up to 12 with an additional 10 dining seats outdoors- plenty of space to spread out! Our modern kitchen comes fully equipped with brand new high-end appliances and a walk-in pantry with some essentials.

Outdoor Spaces: Explore the grounds featuring native landscaping and wildlife under twinkling lights from your Cowboy pool or Hot-Tub- an area perfect for stargazing. Enjoy outdoor games and a black stone grill in the newly landscaped backyard. Have coffee on the porch overlooking the playground area for kids. An adult high bar for any CrossFit enthusiast has also been added for adults.

Workspace Options: There are 2 desks with natural light for remote work, making this property ideal for digital nomads.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to their 1 acre enclosed/gated property, including the front and rear entry doors opened via electronic keypad. Ample parking is available.

Other Things to Note:

Noise Policy: Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so we ask that you respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors by not yelling or playing loud music as the sound in hill country carries. That being said there is plenty of private space to hang out on the back porch or in the pool or hot-tub after hours as long as you are considerate of the sound.

Cameras: Exterior surveillance cameras are in place for security and to monitor occupancy. There are no cameras inside the home.

House Rules:

No parties or large gatherings.
No smoking or drugs on the property.
Please clean up, including in outdoor areas.
Load the dishwasher and start it before departure.
Leave used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor.
Respect the privacy of locked storage areas.
