Locations de vacances privées à Austin

« Loved the view of the city and being walkable to Moodys. Food truck park a few blocks away was a great find. »

« We were in Austin for a 1 week stay to visit family. This a one story building converted into a triplex and this is the center unit C. We were instructed to park on the street. It has a front door & 2 front windows with no back door or window large enough to exit in an emergency. There is one tiny window near the bathroom ceiling. The unit is decorated nicely, was clean and the appliances appear to be new within the last year. The bed was very comfortable. There were several problems...

« Great property close to downtown and South Congress. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Driveway and front steps are very steep, but other than that it is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the Austin action. »

« Open floor plan large kitchen close to downtown »

« My stay was absolutely perfect! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything i needed. Communication was amazing from start to finish—quick responses and very helpful throughout our stay. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! »

« Great host! Property was clean and a great location. »

Each room has its own thermostat so it was easy to control temperature for so many people. There were a few minor touch ups here and there but nothing out of the ordinary for such a high volume location. The area could be considered “questionable” if you’re not from Austin but that is easily overlooked with the gated property. It is nestled in a...
