"Great place to stay" !!

It is a spacious studio with an extremely comfortable king size bed. The shower is amazing and parking was safe and convenient. The neighborhood was lovely, safe and quiet. The only issue we had upon our arrival was a problem with gaining access to the unit via the keyless entry door lock. Luckily, the owner's arrived right on time to help us get in. They were very friendly and helpful as the issue was resolved. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Large Studio Apartment

What a great place to stay while visiting the Asheville and Smokey Mountains area! This studio apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It was large, bright, dark with the lights out (perfect for sleeping!!), calm, and comfortable. The bed was comfy, the shower was wonderful, the apartment was quiet, and the host made check-in easy. He also checked in with us mid-stay to see if we needed anything. If you need access to a kitchen, this is not the place for you. There is no kitchen sink, as stated in the description. We did not want to make meals (we could only be there for two nights) other than breakfast - coffee, tea, and instant oatmeal – so this worked out great for us. The kitchen area was well stocked and they didn’t want us to do any dishes (bonus! :-) ). We were in town for a celebration of life for a relative so having a quiet, relaxing place to decompress was important. We would definitely stay here again if we get an opportunity to come back to Asheville.

As advertised...parking was adequate.. the apt. Was really clean... the teas and coffees were a nice addition... really close to downtown Asheville..community was quiet. We would stay here again.

I really enjoyed this rental. It was clean, nicely decorated, and a very clean place. The location was close driving distance to downtown ~8 min drive. My mom and I enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

Beautiful stay! Beautiful area!

The property was AWESOME! It was quiet, peaceful and serene. There were tons of deer in the backyard so that was pretty cool. Everything was clean—And Bruce was the best host I’ve ever worked with. I’m excited to visit the other properties!

Awesome Asheville Stay

What an amazing place to stay in Asheville. Close to the Biltmore Estate with very easy access. Extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly with suggestions on what to do in and around Asheville. Comfortable bed, large shower, safe neighborhood with off street parking right outside the door. It doesn’t get better that this!

Relaxing and Comfortable

This was our second stay because of the nice accommodations and the close proximity to what we like to do, about 10 minutes. Dark at night and bright during the day, the studio space provides restful sleep in a large, comfortable bed and a big, well appointed living and dining area. It's everything we needed! My only suggestion is to provide more than one set of towels per stay in the summer.

Week Trip to Asheville

My husband and I had an amazing stay here while visiting Asheville. It was in a quite neighborhood with an easy short drive to anything we wanted to do. We loved the amenities of this place. Two of our favorites were the nice comfy king size bed and awesome shower. I have already referred others to stay at this location, and we will definitely be return guests if we visit the area again.

Wonderful

Terrific property - clean, comfortable, and a great location close to West Asheville. Was a perfect base camp to explore different parts of the region. A quiet and safe neighborhood but just a few minutes by car to some amazing restaurants and breweries. Communication with the host was perfect: organized, responsive, and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Weekend getaway

Clean property, great location, helpful hosts! Only negative thing is the air wasn’t set to use only up and down arrows and it got stuffy. We didn’t realize until the middle of the night when we both woke up and figured out the controls to get some air stirring for us. Other than that, we loved it!
