Our 4 bedroom home on Circle Drive is set up for family movie nights, big group dinners, and the kind of trips kids talk about for years. Sleeps 12 across two kings, a queen, and twins. Private movie room, pool table, piano, board games, and a kid friendly amenity stack with a pack n play, children's books and toys, and children's dinnerware. Three car garage plus drive through driveway for big groups. Quiet neighborhood, mature trees, and quick highway access. Pets welcome with notice.



The Space:

Our home on Circle Drive is one of our most loved family rentals because it really delivers on the "we are not leaving the house tonight" trip. Four bedrooms sleep 12 across two king beds, a queen, and two twins, which works for two families sharing, three generations together, or a wedding party block where everyone needs their own space.



The kitchen is the kind made for cooking together. Full size stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, baking sheets, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. Plenty of counter space and storage so two cooks can move without bumping into each other. The dining table seats your group for breakfast, board game night, or a sit down family dinner.



The living room has a TV and Wi-Fi for the relaxed evenings, plus a piano for anyone in the family who plays. There is also a private movie room and a game room with a pool table, which is what most of the photos end up showing. Add in board games and the home becomes its own entertainment for a rainy weekend.



For families with little ones, we stock a pack n play travel crib, children's books and toys, and children's dinnerware. The home is suitable for kids ages two to twelve and infants under two. There is also an indoor fireplace, fireplace guards, room darkening shades, and outdoor seating on the patio for evenings outside. BBQ grill is set up if someone wants to take charge of dinner.



Outside, the home has a three car garage plus a drive through driveway, which is a real help for big family groups arriving in multiple cars. The yard gives the kids space to run, and the neighborhood is the kind where families take evening walks.



Bed linens, towels, the family travel basics, and a private entrance are all included. We love hosting families on Circle.



Guest Access:

You have the whole house, all four bedrooms, the movie room, the game room with the pool table, the kitchen, and the backyard. A personalized smart lock code is sent ahead of your arrival. Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 11am. Three car garage plus drive through driveway is included for the group.



The Neighborhood:

Circle Drive is a quiet, established Amarillo neighborhood with mature trees and the kind of open feel that makes it easy to relax. The streets are calm enough for evening walks, and the area is family friendly through and through. You have easy highway access for trips across town, and a manageable drive south to Palo Duro Canyon State Park, which is the classic Amarillo family day. West Texas A&M in Canyon is close for a campus visit. The Don Harrington Discovery Center, the Amarillo Botanical Gardens, and Wonderland Park are all solid kid friendly stops, and the Big Texan Steak Ranch makes for a memorable first night dinner.



Getting Around:

Amarillo is a driving city, and this home is built for it. Three car garage plus drive through driveway means big groups can park multiple vehicles on site. Highway access is quick from this side of town. Rental cars and rideshare both work from Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport. Plan for a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

This is a non smoking home. Smoking inside will result in a fine. No parties or events. Pets are welcome with prior notice. The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fireplace guards, a fire extinguisher, room darkening shades, and a first aid kit. Furniture should not be rearranged.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy and will not be dropping by. We are a quick message away through the Airbnb or Vrbo app, or by text if that is easier. During the day we usually answer within the hour. We are happy to share local recommendations for the kids, the canyon, or wherever your family wants to spend the day.
