Il ne s’agit pas d’un complexe hôtelier mais bien d’une coopérative d’habitation. Il n’y a pas de réception ni de service. Aucune consigne pour l’arrivée. Tout de même un appartement très vaste et bien équipé. Très près de la plage. Bon rapport qualité prix.

bonne étape
L'hôtel était très bien. Deux petits bémols. Il était précisé qu'il y avait un restaurant dans l'hôtel or il ne fonctionnait pas en plein mois d'août , nous avons donc mangé dans un restaurant indiqué par la réceptionniste où nous avons attendu 3 bons quarts d'heure avant de déguster une salade plus que simpliste à un prix plus qu'abusé. L'autre petit bémol concerne la wi fi n qui n' était accessible que dans le hall et non dans les chambres. Sinon très belle surface pour la chambre à coucher et très bonne literie. Je le conseille car ça a été une très bonne étape malgré tout.

The apartment claimed to have King size bed which was the main reason for booking and turned out it was only a double bed. Also, we arrived close to 4:00 and had a hard time reaching the owners. No telephone and no answer on their door. In addition when we finally made contact, they had to clean the room first so we didn't get in until after 5:00

Very good value in off-season. Close to beach.
It was off season, so we got this huge place with a kitchen and two bathrooms for a very good price. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very close to the beach, but you'll need a car or cab to get downtown. Nothing too fancy, but we wish we could have stayed longer than just one night.

Fiquei indignada. Além do hotel ser muito simples, tinha um aquecedor a gás na cozinha/sala. O quarto e o banheiro não tinham janelas e fiquei muito preocupada com a liberação de monóxido de carbono pelo aquecedor. O quarto ficava no térreo e mesmo assim optei por dormir com as janelas da sala abertas. Mas dormi muito mal. Não tinha recepção 24h para trocar o quarto. Único ponto positivo foi o atendimento do rapaz da recepção quando fiz o check-in.

Overall this was a nice place to stay,but ran out of hot water one day after a 10-minute shower. Satellite TV was spotty one night and froze every few minutes even after resetting it. Kitchen was great but didn't have basics like salt, pepper, coffee or cooking oil. The area is very quiet and only a few minutes' drive to Lagos--best to have a car if you plan to go into town regularly while staying here.

Okay place, friendly staff
The people working at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the room was a bit dated but was clean and well presented. The hotel is a bit out of the way but the front desk can easily order a taxi for you into town for about 6 Euros. I stayed with two friends and it was ideal for us as a place to crash at/leave our bags. Not the most luxurious of places, but does the job.

Not in the centre of Lagos
The photos are not like the building which is in need of a paint on the outside. Despite check in time being 3pm there was no-one there, I had to wait at least 20 minutes after my taxi driver called and then I had to wait while they changed the bedding in the bedroom. The apartment inside is very spacious and nice. Opposite a very nice beach but a bus ride into Lagos. The bus stop is close but only limited rides on weekends. No supermarket or shops close by - you need a car or bus to get there. However, there are restaurants and cafes across the road.

Private apartments being used for short term stays. Approx 3km from the main beaches/centre of town. The beach nearby resort is a short walk however very desolate. Helpful but unprofessional/untrained front desk. Unable/unwilling to assist with our airconditioner that wasn't working. Otherwise rooms suitably equiped.

Great beach appartment
A big appartment very well furnished. We stayed only two nights but we could have stayed a week or two. The beach is fantastic with several restaurants close by. Five minutes by car or 30 by foor to Lagos centre. There is also a bus.

The condo was a bit dated but the space was larger than expected. It was more than adequate space as it included a living room and a full-size kitchen. For the price, it could not be beat.

Least favorite stop on trip.
Rock hard beds, no hot water, reception supposed to close at 10 pm but manager was an hour away at 9 when cslled about no hot water. Lots of family and crying kids upstairs. No bathrobes and no wifi unless you sat on balcony pointing at the office. No satellite TV except explicit channels. Watched DVDs from 1978.

Completamente recomendable!
En primera línea de playa desde nuestro apartamento teníamos muy buenas vistas y está en un lugar bastante tranquilo pero cerca del centro de Lagos. Es muy amplio y está muy bien equipado y limpio. El único fallo es que no tiene ascensor y al estar en la última planta subir las maletas el primer día fue duro!! Por lo demás la estancia ha sido muy agradable y la relación calidad-precio es excelente.

Loved staying at this hotel which was right across from the beach. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Cleaner than I was expecting from pictures. Had booked 3 separate rooms for friends, and all of the rooms had great views of the city or of the beach. Overall great stay!

Very comfortable and relaxing
We had a nice holiday at Clube Meia Praia, with a comfortable and cosy apartment, a big terrace with a great view, many facilities, especially in the kitchen, clean rooms, quiet place. The hosts were very kind and friendly, they helped us with a lot of useful information. The location is next to the Meia Praia beach, which is the biggest beach in Lagos. The location is also closed to many good restaurants on the beach and in the neighborhood. Downtown is 20-30 min walk.

Nobody available for us to check in. we were early so waited, 3 hours before using the phone number to call him .Everything was great. spacious clean apartment and had the pool to ourselves. If this looks too good to be true for the money, its not. Its incredible value off season.

El apartamento era gigante. la habitación muy amplia con edredones, mantas colchas y almohadas de dos tipos segun gustos. La cocina tenia de todo, menos fregona. El salón muy grande y con dos terrazas, ambas con vistas al mar. La playa a 100 metros andando espectacular. La pisicina muy bien. En nuestro caso, el apartamento estaba retirado de la misma y desde el apartamento no podiamos verla, con lo cual, los niños dependian de que nosotros fueramos con ellos. No tiene WIFI en las habitaciónes, solo en la cafeteria y al lado de la piscina... un poco incomodo puesto que normalmente el wifi se necesita para planificar bien las visitas.. El trato con los dueños, correcto. En general, un buen sitio para pernoctar en la zona de Algarve.

In general nice hotel, but no internet in rooms. We rang hotels.com and we were talking to Jennifer (18.06.2014 around 6 pm) and she was very rude.

Too far out of town
Dirty pool, dirty floor in the rooms, no English channels on TV, rock hard beds. The front door was hard to unlock. The kitchen was well equipped to cook very basic fare. Yes it is low priced accommodation We left after 3 days because there wasn't much to do for 2 young kids except play on the beach- no swimming because the water was really cold- or go crazy in the apartment. The pool water was cold and had a dirty slick on the top. It was about 30 mins walk to the marina or train station, half of which is gravel which was a bit bumpy for the baby in the stroller. A stroller with tubed tyres would have been better rather than the plastic wheeles we had on ours. We saw the beautiful sights of Lagos then left.
