The villa is located in the south of Tenerife, in the heart of one of the most prestigious areas in the whole of Spain, El Duque.

With a 5 minutes walk to the Bahia Del Duque beach, the most exclusive and best restaurants on the island and the Plaza Del Duque shopping center within reach, you have everything you have ever dreamt of.

The villa, is situated in a private street with gates that you need to open with a code provided to you by us a few days before check-in.
We will be waiting for you to check you in, do a tour of the villa and
explain everything there is to know for a smooth, relaxing transition.

GROUND FLOOR:

At the ground floor we have a staircase leading up to the main entrance of the villa and the first, front terrace but also a huge garage which fits 2 cars that directly runs in to the entertainment room where you will find a ping-pong table, a professional SAM 9" pool table, a football table, a darts and a patio where you are able to relax to the fullest.
Also located on the ground floor is one big bedroom, a bathroom and the elevator that does all three floors, so you don't need to carry your bags up the stairs. Perfect for people who have a hard time walking up and down the stairs.

FIRST FLOOR:

At the first floor on the outside you will find our 4X8 metres private swimming pool which is heated the whole year at 28 degrees, a high quality 6 persons jacuzzi, the terrace around the swimming pool and at the front another big terrace with dining area and a play area for smaller children which is completely fenced.
On the inside of the villa on the first floor, we have our fully American styled equipped kitchen which leads to the terrace/swimming pool area, next to the kitchen is the living room equipped with a Smart Tv so you can stream whatever you like. Going through the hall you will find one bathroom and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the bedroom windows lead to the front terrace.

UPPER FLOOR:

Arriving at the upper floor we have our master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which leads to our big upper terrace where you have an amazing sea view and a pergola, perfect to watch the sunset in the evening, and another bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

We recommend Aqualand, a spectacular water park nearby that is perfect for families, similarly, you can travel to Siam Park which offers rides for both children, families and adults! It even has the famous adrenaline-inducing Tower of Power which is a slide at the height of 28m and goes through a huge aquarium full of sharks!

If you prefer wildlife and nature to waterparks, then you can visit The Teide national park which is home to the third highest volcano in the world standing at over 3,700 meters! There are local guides that will take you on an in-depth experience surrounding this volcano!
