« Return visit like the area about 20-25 mins walk downhill to Whitby harbour area. Bus stop by school or Sainsburys minutes away. Bedrooms clean and big for 2 people. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car parking free and if u forgot anything there is a sainsburys fee mins walk away Breakfast has various choices to suit different appetite too and family friendly. Would return again »

« L'emplacement face à la mer est vraiment appréciable. On peut prendre son thé, préparé dans la chambre, sur un banc et admirer le paysage. On peut aller dans la vieille ville facilement à pied. »

« Great location, lovely owners, clean and comfortable. The free WiFi was great, as signal was limited. Parking on arrival was a bit difficult but that was to be expected as it was the bank holiday weekend and it was packed, it calmed down during the week. »

« We stayed in Buttercup cottage. We were greeted by our host Rachel and made to feel very welcome. The cottage was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. The bedrooms were upstairs, a twin room which looked out over the countryside and also had velux windows for star gazing and the double room with velux windows. Downstairs was very spacious with a comfortable lounge, lovely dining room with a big table to eat round and take in the views, great kitchen with everything you need and so...

« The hotel was clean, comfortable and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with host Paul, giving useful anecdotes on Whitby, places to visit and things to see. Weather was a bonus. »
