« staff dissapear from behind the bar (the place they use as reception, serve drinks and take food orders) for an age. After waiting five minutes without seeing a soul, I pushed open the door into the kitchen to request some assistance, if available. A waitress finally appeared and rudely shouted at me to get out of the kitchen.
