7.8 sur 10, Bien, (921 avis)
« The hotel pictures were good, but on arrival, it was clear they were not recent photos. All good until I discovered that cleanliness was not a priority. It was clean at first sight, but no on inspection. The bathroom was dirty from the last person, and enough for one to pass out. I did not see at first as it was a business trip, until I had time to spend in the room.
I was not happy.
My room might have been an exception, to be fair. »

19. Modern Chelsea Apartment
Modern Chelsea ApartmentHammersmith et Fulham
9.6 sur 10, Exceptionnel, (4 avis)
« I am absolutely delighted with the apartment and its location. A little of my two-week experience of living there for future travelers. The apartment was an 11-minute walk from the place where I would pick up the keys. With my suitcase in the heat, it was not very pleasant. Accommodation issues were discussed in correspondence via email and WhatsApp. Everything was prompt and successful. However, these services did not interact with each other and I had to duplicate information »
