« My poor experience with this booking started 5 minutes after booking it,where i received a confirmation email for booking followed by another email to say i have to pay 50 pounds extra for linen which was not mentioned in the booking, so ive contacted Expedia and they adviced that i should not pay and they will get in touch. When we arrived to the property the owner said we have to pay 50 pounds or we can't check in,so we had to pay. Anyway,after checking in,the linen were vlean,but otherwise...

« The studio room and bathroom were perfect for my requirements, the space was clean and provided amentities as described. The check in/entry was very easy and zee is very responsive to messages. The property is super convenient to the Tesco supermarket so if you need some supplies you are 1 min away! There's a small fridge and microwave/cook top, although I didn't use the microwave or cook top personally. You are maybe a 10 min walk to Hammersmith underground or the bus to Hammersmith stops...

« We had a wonderful stay at the Garden Apartment! It is exactly as photographed - had all needed amenities and was very comfortable for our family of 5. The location is excellent for taking public transit with 2 walkable station options, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. Amy was a lovely host - available for any questions and quick to respond. We would happily stay here again! »

« Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et discret. J'ai très bien dormi car la chambre est calme avec un matelas très épais et confortable. Vous avez le choix entre le petit déjeuner continental ou britannique : personnellement j'ai pris le britannique. L'hôtel est à proximité des arrêts de bus et de la gare du métro/train. Il y a aussi la possibilité de louer des vélos électriques à 1livre/30 minutes. »
