« This would be 5 Star all the way if our room wasn’t skipped for bed making and towels it was our second stay. I had surgery after the first nite and so towels were not hung for re-use thus we had to go get more at desk. Lobby staff were very cordial and helpful and hotel had eating utensils when our delivered food from local reataraunt did not provide. This was our second stay here and we will stay again if needed for this area because everything else was a five! »

« The front desk employee was so sweet and accommodating. I really wish I would have got her name. For some odd my reason my card did not process and she knew I was there for a death of a family member. She said your card did not process but we did not want to bother you with your reasoning for being here. I paid my bill in the morning with no issues. She was so unbelievably kind. »
