« Was okay for a fishing trip at the last minute, but was certainly not ideal for a couples getaway. Never was able to get on the internet. Key was not left in the room and was delayed in getting on the lake while waiting to get a key. Was definitely not what was expected based upon the picture on the site. I will say that it was clean, and I appreciated that. »

« Kitchen could have been better stocked with cooking utensils. Wrong filters for coffee maker. Not enough paper towels. Upstairs could have been cleaner. Spider webs near beds. My brother-in-law killed a brown recluse spider downstairs. Just a suggestion; each bathroom should be stocked with soap and shampoo. Only one stand up shower. Drawers broken in kitchen and by coffee maker. »

« We stayed 3 nights here for my son’s fishing tournament Feb 2026 and our stay couldn’t have been better! Natalie was one of the only host that would allow our dogs and the fenced in yard was perfect! Everything we needed was available at the house and if we needed anything, she was very responsive! We will stay here every time we have a tournament on Toledo Bend! »
