« We were upgraded to a one bedroom condo instead of the studio that we booked due to the a/c being out in the first building. It was a lovely surprise, the only caveat was that the elevator was out and we were on the third floor. But still a good trade off for us. The hot tub was also under repair. So despite the many mechanical issues that they have going on it was still a great place to stay in Asheville. Perfectly situated and very clean! »

« Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Le déjeuner est diversifié, un peu de tout. Nous avons passé 8 nuits, et on y retournerait sans hésiter! Endroit très propre fidèle à la description et aux photos. Espace BBQ, foyer au gaz et bois a l’extérieur. Parfait pour relaxer »

« The hotel was exceptionally clean. The check-in staff was friendly. The pool was stocked with fresh towels. Our room was thoughtfully appointed with plentiful plug outlets, lighting and blackout drapes. The layout and design of the room made sense. And it was in pristine condition. If I did not know differently I might guess that we were the first guests to occupy the room. Great overall experience. Highly recommend! »

« This property is just a quick walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel offers free shuttle service which we used. It was quick and convenient and dropped us off in the River Arts District. The rooftop bar was nice and had live music while we were there. We only ate at the property once and the food was fine. All the staff were nice and very attentive. You can definitely tell the flood impacted tourism and everyone we met in Asheville was warm and welcoming. »
