« This property is super clean, spacious and ideal for small groups or families. The kitchen is super well stocked and has everything you'd need to prepare meals or snacks. The beds are all comfortable including the sofa bed. The A/C is excellent given they are all window units. We enjoyed our stay and made it easily back and forth from the dunes, Glen Arbor and Traverse City. If you're having a tough time finding a place in either of those cities and several others, this is an ideal option! »

« Check in was super easy. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time at the house sitting on the porch looking at the view. Sutton's Bay is 10 minutes up the road, one of our guests enjoyed a side trip up rhere. We were able to do a bit of swimming. The stay at this house really enhanced our trip. »

« This was a lovely, newly-decorated place, walking distance from downtown Northport. Cheryl put a lot of care into the cottage. It felt like a home, not a rental. (I would be very happy to own a cottage that looked and felt like this.) It’s one of perhaps 5 little cabins clustered close together, but I only occasionally heard or saw neighbors. My family would happily rent this cottage again. »

« Wonderful choice for our three generation family gathering. The house offers great spaces for conversations, comfort, and privacy.
