« The rooms seem recently updated and are clean, good-sized with a beverage fridge and nice bathroom. My only complaints are minor - very small countertop space in bathroom, lights from the fridge were quite bright at night (solved with a piece of painters tape), and the bed sheets are very rough. »

« Comfortable, safe, clean and well loved. Great location and the friendliest staff. Super clean and ready early for me. I appreciated that tremendously. Perfect for the two days I stayed. Although this property is slightly dated it is well maintained, clean and comfortable. I respect this more than room service and indoor pools. This is not that but offers a perfect getaway with lovely views and minutes from either downtown TC or Suttons Bay. I will return for sure!! »

« My 6 year old daughter said to her big brother: So- what do you say, best rental ever? We loved our time here at the old sugar loaf mountain chalet. It was right in the middle of the Leelanau, so about 20 minutes max from everywhere on the west and east side of the peninsula. Great hiking, biking, and good times. The condo was clean, communication was great, and we would like to come back. There were plenty of fun things built in for the kids to do around the house, and they of course enjoyed...

« We had the most amazing weekend at this gorgeous property. The waterfront views were stunning and like others have said, the pictures online don't do it justice. Joe was an incredible host, super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house was spacious and well stocked, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out comfortably. We also loved the outdoor space, it was perfect for games and lounging around. We were so sad to leave and highly recommend! »

« Generally our stay was very pleasant. The location was convenient to other things we wanted to do such as biking, visiting Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, and the beautiful beach at Leland. The studio apartment above the garage was not completely finished and was dusty. Also the hide a bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Also the water to the shower in the studio apt never got more than luke warm, if that. It was somewhat awkward having so much of the owners personal possessions in the open. ...

« this is not for faint of heart, there is 2 floors and 2 long stairways to get to them,is hard for anyone with heart disease or shortness of breathe to go up and down for any long period of time. The owners take awhile to respond to messages, they want you to strip the bed linens when u leave and start dishwasher, i thought people were paid to do that, but the condos are beautiful. »

« Our family had a wonderful stay at this vacation home in Leland, Michigan! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautifully maintained and incredibly well-stocked—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare meals together.Each bedroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy for everyone to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The yard was a huge bonus—it gave the kids plenty of space to run around and play. The porch was fantastic!!...
