« Vous ne pouvez pas louper l'hôtel en passant sur la route en ce période de Noël l'hôtel doit concourir pour l'hôtel le plus éliminé d'Italie la chambre était très correcte malheureusement le spa était déjà fermé lorsque nous sommes arrivés et surtout il était pas inclus dans le prix ce qui est en général le cas souvent trop souvent en Italie »

« Very (unexpectedly) nice property which appears to be brand new. Modern, very clean room with great air conditioning. Elevator was a great touch. Our 10-year-old was with us and the staff even put out a child-sized robe which was an amazingly thoughtful touch. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, even struggling with English to accommodate us. Safe (free!), on-site parking. Breakfast was delicious with a varied menu. Would definitely stay here again! »

« My family was so impressed by this stay. We had a balcony yhat faced the padre Pio turret. Incredible at night .very nice religious touches throughout. Parking is in a public area and there is walk through incereible village. Will stay again. »

« We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. »
