« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« Everything was great, one thing that would be nice : Toiletries- tooth brush and a small tooth paste. I am very accustomed to having all the necessities in Europe and in Asia, and it’s a common expectation in many countries as well, but such a small, but nonetheless very important items would be a huge boost to “client satisfaction” - a disposable “toothpaste and a toothbrush” - especially when quite often people forget this very important items. »

« The room I stayed in felt grimy and not very clean. Everything in the room was cheap and again, grimy. There were no pictures on the walls making the room feel eerie and uncomfortable which wasn’t great since I was there for over a week. While the hotel did a good job of making sure that the guests knew, after arriving, that construction and renovation was happening the noise seemed to continue a couple hours after it should have ended (5pm) with loud banging on one wall that I though they...
