« The hotel is located near the ski lift, which is very convenient. You can also rent your ski gear from the hotel. The continental breakfast is very good. However, the hotel is really outdated and dirty. The common areas were full of live and dead bugs, and the wifi was not accessible in the room. The room was clean though, but some bugs made their way to the room. There is only one restaurant in the town. It is a 12 minute walk from the hôtel and it closes early (6pm). Cash payment only. « 春スキーで親子で利用しました。朝食も夕食もバイキングを付けて良かったです。 夕食にカニと甘エビが気に入って沢山いただきました．チェックアウト後の居場所も無料休憩室などあり大変助かりました。 ホテルのスタッフの方も親切で、ニューオータニのホスピタリティを満喫させていただきました。 次回は滞在日数長めでお世話になりたいです。 »

« It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. »

« The location is near Kagura tashiro rope lift but far from yuzawa center. It is better to have car with you when you book this accommodation. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. There are long term accommodated ski coaches stay there therefore the kitchen were very busy in the morning and evening breakfast and dinner time. The car can be stuck by heavy snow in their parking space. Here is mainly for ski or snowboarding activities. »
