Ryokans à Tsunan

« Le personnel était très attentionné. La nourriture était plutôt bonne. Par contre les locaux etaient un peu "dans leur jus" et en particulier nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre japonaise (ce que nous voulions) mais avec de la moquette au lieu de tatamis. A noter le bain qui était très bien. Le parc aux singes juste à côté ne nous a pas plu car beaucoup trop de touristes »

« The greatest retreat from the hectic streets of Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. After all those cities we came to this hotel in Minakami and never wanted to leave. We had the best time here. The people working at this hotel were always attentive and ready to help us with more than we could ask for and we hope to be back soon. »

« The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. It was so comfortable for our family of 5 - very homey and welcoming. The tea and treat upon check-in was a nice surprise and delicious. The onsen was a relaxing bonus! « We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. »
