« Check-in was simple; the house was clean and well equipped—kitchen, bath towels, bed linens. (I missed having a dishwasher, but refrigerator and stove were good quality and clean.) My tiny dog loved the fenced-in backyard. (Luckily he wasn’t scared of the 3 gigantic, but silent, dogs across the fence.) It’s a pleasant, quiet family neighborhood. Easy access to major roads, parks, and a great shopping mall. »

« Second trip from CA to visit homeland of OH with my son and daughter. We love the location for visiting family in Kettering, Centerville, Mason, Cincinnati, and Beavercreek. We fished in the pond, catching large mouth bass and blue gills by the dozen (then release). I have nothing but great things to say about the Host & his family. « Our family gathered for a college graduation and made this home base. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, and has the most well equipped kitchen I have ever experienced in a rental. I highly recommend this property. »

« The house is a little outdated and smaller than anticipating but located right on the golf course. The location is easily accessible to the nearby towns. Sunsets are really nice. Very nice place to stay »

« Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do. »

« Cute little house. Perfect location. Easy to get on and off the highway, near gas stations, grocery store, food. The street runs into beautiful city trails for a nice walk/run. Perfect little home for my daughter and I to explore the area and easy access back to the airport. »

« Very clean but older than the pictures indicated. Appreciated the budget stay though for the one night and convenient location to the Air Force museum!! If you're a coffee drinker bring your own things. « We stayed for two nights, and enjoyed the place. Location - it's fine. It was *not* a sketchy neighborhood as one or two reviews mentioned. If you come from downtown you'll go through bad neighborhoods, but it's not in a bad neighborhood itself. It was hard to find as it's in the back of a building, so you don't see the address number from the street. The great news is that you're 15-20 minutes max from all the great things in Dayton, and if you want regular-fare food and shopping, that's like...

« It is a wonderful thing to stay in a VROB that truly feels like home. The attention to detail matters and this place delivers in all the ways that make your stay comfortable and special.
