« Great location near the shops in the historic Oregon District. Lots of food and drink options especially for the young at heart. Rental was quiet. Nice interior space with classic architecture and woodwork. Tastefully decorated, clean comfortable rooms and a comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Good communication with the owner. The furnace kept the spaces warm with evening temps below freezing. We can recommend this apartment. »

« The place was very clean and in a really nice location. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt so soft. Our only complaint was that the bathroom only provided shampoo, body wash, and only a couple of towels. We would have appreciated some conditioner and some extra towels. If it wasn’t super cold outside we would have been able to walk to so many places! We will absolutely keep this place in mind if we come back to the area. »

It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building.
