« Cliffhanger is a stunning period home in a fabulous location in Cowes. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants in Cowes. Parking is restricted but at the time of year we visited (Sept) we had no issues. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable and the roof terrace has fabulous views. The kitchen is well equipped and there is no shortage of games etc in the lounge area if the weather closes in. Upon arrival, no staff were present and the room was already occupied by two other guests due to a double-booking. « The location was okay. I stayed for 2 nights and had no WiFi for the duration. Communication with the maintenance guy was ok however he asked me to send emails to the ‘office’ about the internet issue but I had no response from the ‘office’. My bedding had spots of blood on it. All in all…it was not a great experience. Maintenance guy was very apologetic. »
