« the dining room furniture needs and re-furb and the sofas need to be changed as they were very old and uncomfortable »

« We hired a 4 bedroom lodge, they are very specious and have everything you need in them lots of glasses, plates, tea/ coffee toiletry’s etc. we would defiantly come back, cleaning wasn’t upto standard though, that defiantly needs improving! But that’s my only quibble. »

« The space and layout of the house is amazing. Very good for a larger family of 6 adults. The dining room view was very beautiful. The whole house is very well presented and offers great natural light throughout the house. The swimming pool and outside area is fabulous. Our favourite place to be. Great hot tub and my daughter loved the swing seat in the garden nook The bedrooms were a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The modern decor throughout the house is very nice....

« Lodge was very clean - obviously a bit tired around the edges especially as it is a dog friendly lodge, but nothing major. It's more spacious than it appears on photos, and had everything we needed »

« I always want to give everything at Tilford 5 stars because it's our go-to choice when it comes to a long weekend away. Fully appreciative of the fact that there's a cost of living crisis at the moment, there were a few little 'Tilford differences' missing this year. No extra pillows or linen in the lodge, a much reduced tea/coffee selection, no biscuits, no milk in the fridge, a much reduced selection in the shop, everything felt a little bit ''just enough''. « The lodge was spotlessly clean, and had everything you might need in the kitchen area. The beds were comfortable and the showers were very good. It all looked beautiful, and was very relaxing. »

« Location was perfect. 5 minute walk to beach and old Shanklin. lovely and a very good sized house. Service from the Island company was great when we advised the rug smelt of dog likely from previous guest. Came and collected rug. Maybe just make it clearer there is a tight turning to access rear of property for parking. We had no issues but less confident driver may struggle but doesn’t detract from lovely stay in the property and week on the island. »
