« We had to cancel our booking because our flight has been delayed arrived too late at gatwick to take our rental car. We had no way to go down to the hotel and the hotel refused the refund and did not even propose to use the night another time or in another holiday inn. Not commercial !!!! »

« A well managed hotel which is part of a beautiful country mansion, Friendly and diligent staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms with lots of thoughtful touches, generous tea and coffee supplies, bottle of water, clothes brushes, trouser press and ironing facilities, great for a special event! Peaceful setting in lush gardens. Fab breakfast, wide choice of food and all perfectly cooked. »

« Good accommodation, just needs a little updating. Staff were great. Breakfast was great. »

« Super sejour »

« What a strange place! turned into a vaccination centre which is fine but still taking bookings. Restaurant and bar are shut and not manned. The team at reception looks completely overwhelmed and disorganised but trying its best Quality food is mediocre and pricy. Lovely gym next door fully fitted and free of charge »

« Bed clean and comfortable but the hotel is looking very shabby. Uncertain hot water (cold until later in the evening). Staff very welcoming. »

« Accueil correct et enregistrement clair rapide et précis. »

« Tout était incroyable, le service, »

« Overall stay was okay good for a pit stop. Only issue was communication from the staff about breakfast. We were not told upon arrival what time breakfast was served no letter no notes inside the room about breakfast and assuming that it still continues on till 11am. I understand we could have asked but getting told by the manager there was an opportunity to ask left me feeling like it was my fault when it is your job to inform people and give good customer service. There was no opportunity...

« In the middle of the nowhere… with golf green and swimming pool. Good breakfast and great service team (baristas, waitresses and waiters, housekeepers). Unfortunately the only regret : unhealthy menu in the restaurant. »
