Ez access to hwy 30 and short drive to Ptld metro, Beaverton or St Helens/ Scappoose. Bath is good, kitchen is small apt size. Plan on eating any full blown meals out. It is a better value as a whole than motel stays in this area. »

« Great rental property for our family! We brought our ATV/dirt bike trailer to explore the nearby OHV areas, we pull it with an F150, we had plenty of space in the driveway for truck and trailer to stay connected. Easy to back in with room across the street, as well as a kind of turn around area to the north of the driveway. We used the kitchen for dinner twice and a big breakfast. « We came to Portland to celebrate my daughter's wedding, and this house was PERFECT! It easily accommodated 6 adults and a 15 month old. The living room/dining area upstairs is HUGE. The pictures can't convey this. The rooftop deck is huge, too, and very lovely to hang out in.
