« Location was great! All instructions were helpful and accurate! Huge bathroom and spacious bedroom! We had some loud neighbors during the day! With jealousies (louvre windows) you don’t always feel like you have privacy and we could hear everything they said! Not a fault of this property but bad timing! »

It provided everything we needed for a lovely vacation in Princeville and I found the host extremely responsive to questions (though we had no problems and all info was easy to find). We appreciated the easy check in and being able to use beach chairs and boogie boards. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. The photos are accurate - always a relief when booking a vrbo. »

« We had a great time. The rooms were upstairs and the kitchen/living on the main floor. Windows opened easily to create a great way to keep the house cool. Everything was updated and our family of 6 fit wonderfully. Pullout bed on the main couch was a fun bonus. Trees all around with birds and chickens. Location was great for walking to the resorts on the trail system and easily driving to Hanalei (5minutes). Easily recommended. »

« This cottage is in a perfect location for exploring Morth Shore Kauai ( our favorite area’). It’s a comfortable, well equipped accommodation. We enjoyed the large lanai set in the lush garden and the easy walk to the Princeville Center for Farmers Markets , groceries, whatever else we needed. It’s also an easy drive e to our favorite beaches, Kalihiwai and Hanalei Bay! Jeff was extremely quick to respond to any questions too. We’d absustsy here again when we return to Kauai!! »

« We arrived very late and check-in with security was a breeze! Very accurate listing, great location, walkable to restaurants and grocery. Beautiful nearby beach - it is a bit of a walk but very private. Pool was perfect and lots of chairs available. Lots of parking. Would recommend staying here. »

« This place is good, and Lori was awesome. Very helpful, mostly quick to respond and proactively cooperative. The view is awesome too, with Pacific ocean looking at you from about a kilometer away or so and with golf course in your front when you sit on a comfy sofa is a pleasure. As regards Lori, I must say she was very nice. We were not able to watch on the smart TV they had, so next day, she got a new TV installed. That shows how good she was. We would certainly recommend and we would also...

Beautifully planted and maintained grounds with orchids and birds, stunning swimming pool and hot tub with little waterfalls, a calm beach with snorkelling to walk down to (or catch a ride upon request), a great pizza restaurant as well as a bar with restaurant all on site.
