« Beautiful home and neighborhood. Nice pool and great outdoor seating. Kitchen was well stocked. But, maybe bring scissors with you. lol. That’s one item we looked for. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for multiple people. I’d stay there again! »

« I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such. »

« Grandparents and Aunt flew in from East Coast to meet Grandchildren age 6 and 8 (and their parents.) H2O Sanctuary was our ideal place. Plenty of room inside. Inground pool and separate hot tub outside. Sitting on a lagoon. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool with their lifeguard Aunt with them. Lots to do locally. Plenty of dining in or out opportunities. The big garage was a plus to keep our cars out of the Arizona sun when not in use. Hosts were very timely responding to our...

« Perfect place for 4 kids ranging from 5-12 to all play together and enjoy family time. The kids declared that they wanted to live there after the first 10 minutes outside on the basketball court, pickle ball court, and volleyball court. We enjoyed baseball/football games on the outdoor tv while in the pool; fire pit at night with smores; and an awesome movie night experience in the theatre room complete with 6 queen/full beds in stadium seating set up. Truly an amazing house with great hosts....

« This was a very quick 1 night stay for myself, wife, and our adult daughter as we were just in town to see my sick dad. Having said that I do want to pass along how easy it was to check in, how friendly and welcoming the front desk staff were. Then the place itself was great - nice large villa, lots of great pools and amenities. We didn't get any chance to take advantage because of the very short stay but would recommend them! »

"L’hôtel est super propre mais on oubli d’aller se promener à pied ça ne semble pas sécuritaire Pour nous c’était une nuit avant de prendre l’avion donc vraiment près de l’aéroport et peu dispendieux avec un déjeuner continental inclus À l’étage du bas par contre on entend bien marcher les personne du 2e mais pour le reste c’etait parfait "
