The chef's kitchen anchors the common space the way a great kitchen should — an oversized island, stainless steel appliances, wine glasses, fresh locally roasted coffee from the Jura whole bean grinder, and everything you need to cook a real meal for the whole group. The dining table seats eight. Two separate living areas mean the group can spread out or come together, on their own terms, without anyone feeling crowded.

Four bedrooms sleep up to eleven — two kings, a queen, and a bunk room — with 2.5 baths that make mornings move. The master suite sits separated from the other rooms by the main living space, giving it a privacy that actually feels intentional.
Step outside and the property shifts into something else entirely. The private diving pool is the centerpiece — heatable, serene, and yours. A fire pit for the nights that cool down. A covered patio for the afternoons that don't. A sand volleyball court and a dedicated fitness and games room in the garage stocked with bikes, dumbbells, foosball, and ping pong for the group that wants to stay active without leaving the property. When you're ready to leave the property — and you won't always be — Old Town Scottsdale is minutes away. The Desert Botanical Garden, Chaparral Park, some of the best Latin and Italian restaurants in the city. It's all close, and none of it is necessary until you want it.

Pool Heat Fee: $65 per day. The pool temperature is set to 85°F; however, if air temps drop below 70°F, the pool temperature may decrease significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply.

For same-day bookings, please note that housekeeping may still be finishing around the standard check-in time. A later check-in may be arranged if needed.
