« This is a property in the basement . Door directly facing the garbage refuse area. The stairway to get to this basement apartment is very steep and unclean, there were cockroaches roaming around outside the apartment, the apartment itself was decent on the inside . The location is good too. How ever the garbage refuse area and the unclean stairway downstairs are very off putting . This again may / may not be in the host’s control, hence the 4 stars. »

« We enjoyed our stay so much. The property was clean and spacious enough for five of us. Our host was kind and responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. »

For the price seems like things should be a bit more updated. Similar with the parking. Great that it’s available but be aware...

« Family of 4 adults (originally booked for a party of 6) and we loved our stay. So much room and privacy for everyone. The beds were super comfortable and the unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very accessible and answered within minutes when we had questions or concerns. Transportation into the city was easy whether we used the bus, ferry, or ride share. The NY skyline was visible from our windows- gorgeous! I would recommend this for families, girls trips, or even...
