The room was much smaller than expected, since much of the square footage was in the large unusable entryway. Although it was a "corner" room, the curtains covered two of the five windows even when they were open blocking much of the view with a large TV blocking another window. There was nowhere to sit but the bed or a hard desk chair.

Lovely property Super friendly staff The area gas gone downhill since i was last there in 2020. At certain hours it felt unsafe even with the high police presence.

I liked everything. Expedia was great in everything. I would not change a thing. This was my second trip that I've booked with this company. I intend to continue. The only issue I found this time was that I wasn't offered the option to utilize Affirm if needed. This should be standard for those who qualify.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. I made this booking through Expedia with Pay Now option. But the front desk still charged me the entire room rent plux taxes plus incidentals. That maxed out my credit card. I couldnt make any further purchase with my card afterwards.

Where do we begin… We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Conrad DC. Probably the BEST luxury hotel we’ve been to in the DC area from the moment we valet parked, to dinner at the Estuary, to our AMAZING ROOM, to breakfast back at the Estuary and to check out. The quality of service was consistent throughout our stay, and every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent experience. I wish we remembered everyone’s name to give them a special shoutout, but nonetheless SHOUTOUT to the valet guy, the 2 concierge men in the brown coat, the 2 young ladies that checked us in, the evening shift dinning room manager, the housekeeper, the woman that took our room service order and last but not least shoutout to Janice… she was definitely THE icing on the cake! When we checked out of the hotel, my husband decided to take some pictures of me, so we went to the hallway by the hotel meeting space and a woman (assuming from security) came and told us that we were not ALLOWED to take pictures around that area because it was intended for “vendors”… Without any hesitation we moved away and went downstairs to the lobby. Now… We have no issues with what she said to us, BUT her delivery and DEMEANOR towards us made us feel uncomfortable, as though we had done something so bad, AND that we didn’t belong to be there. She definitely left a bit of a sour taste as we were leaving, especially because every staff member was so amazing. Regardless we will surely come back!!!

The in-room phone did not work at all, very dangerous. The turn-down service was a joke, the woman who showed up yesterday evening only gave water, refused to arrange the bed and the curtains while the woman who showed up the night before did a normal job. The light system is ridiculous.

First time staying here and we have a great experience. The area is very busy and easy access to everything. The staff is very friendly. Parking is 70$ a night which is different from what is posted online.
