Guest Access:
Our guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

Getting Around:
There is ample public transport available near this building, but we also recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around the city easily.

Other Things to Note:
The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.

The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit.

Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose
By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all stays. Check-in instructions will only be sent if the deposit has been received.

Please be aware that while we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors, such as building maintenance or construction in the building or in the general vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting us before booking if you have concerns about potential noise during your stay. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.

ENVITAE does not allow local residents to book homes for same day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.

Great central location for DC visit!

Our family stayed here for a week to see the sights in and around DC. The apartment is close to the Pentagon City Metro stop which is clean and safe and can take you wherever you need to go. Pentagon City is just 2 short stops away from Reagan airport which is really convenient. Whole Foods is just across the street as well. The apartment was clean and more than adequate for our family of 4. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The building is secure and quiet. This place was just what we were looking for.

Good visit

Great location for DC visit. Clean and good communication. Potential Improvements - provide details in check in email about what key pad looks like and where it is located. We had to have someone tell us at concierge that it was a ring around door knob. Also could use end tables in LR for drinks. Condo got very hot at night. Otherwise, great! Kitchen was perfect

Beautiful Condo within a Short Drive to Washington DC

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo while visiting my daughter in Washington DC. The unit was very spacious and nicely furnished and decorated throughout. The kitchen and living room area is large with a great layout. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also very large with very comfortable king beds in each bedroom. The location is very convenient to Washington DC for sightseeing and to many other stores and restaurants in Arlington and Alexandria.Communication with the host was excellent. Anthony was very receptive and helpful throughout our stay. He was always very quick to respond to any of our questions.This is a very nice condo in a great location. We can't wait to come back.

Great location

Great location, and very responsive management I was here for the Army 10-miler and it was perfect. Overall great stay, a few minor things like the code for the door didn’t work upon check in but management responded quickly and remotely addressed the issue and we were able to enter the property. The only other (small) issue we had was there was only one fob to enter the building and one key to enter the condo. We were together most of time so it wasn’t a big deal, and when I asked management, I was told there should have been two, so I do t think this is the norm. I would absolutely rent a property from this particular company again, they were so fast to respond and address anything and everything and even called during my stay to make sure everything was going well.

Very clean property. great balcony with direct view of Amazon HQ. amenities were great with ample toiletries like soap shampoo and conditioner. Support from rental team was exemplary. Property under construction and renovation and unit seemed to be newly renovated. Plenty of room for two people.
