« All clean and lovely accommodation except for old water in the kettle and coffee machine... »

« Not being a dog owner all floors and furniture need a good vacuum and every room need a good dusting snd removal of cobwebs. Bar stools were soiled and need a good clean. Dining table and counter tops we had had to clean. In addition we had a 8 month old baby with us and were relunctant to let her crawl. The front verandah and windows could have had a good clean. So not sure why we are charged cleaning fees?? »

« The house was wonderful and the perfect size for a couple of families with kids. The location is wonderful, close to many other attractions in the area. But the best part was the way we got to experience the farm and get to know the wonderful, kind and knowledgeable staff. They offered us unique opportunities to see the farm with no one else around. As my 6 year old said “I’m going to remember this holiday forever”. »

« Whilst we enjoyed our girls weekend & the beautiful surrounding scenery, our stay at this property didn’t quite meet expectations.Unfortunately the property is actually a 3-bedroom home, with the 4th bedroom being an unfinished studio separate from the main house. This meant we were split up, which was not our aim when booking. The studio had a bathroom with no door, no water pressure with a shower window to outside, no privacy. Access to Bed 3 is only through Bed 2, which isn’t suitable for...
