The cottage was impeccably clean, spacious and appointed with thoughtful touches, and it was equipped with everything we needed. The comfy sofas in the cosy lounge offered a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the perfectly framed river‑flat views. The verandah and BBQ area were ideal spaces for unwinding after a day exploring the surroundings. Highly recommend! »

« location was good, easy walking distance to town and river front. Room was comfortable and had everything we required for a 1 night stay, but is a little dated. Parking bays were allocated and clearly numbered but someone else nicked our spot and we therefore had to do the same »

« This property is absolutely beautiful. There is not a thing we could fault. Bed was very comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained, the lovely house manager, popped in everyday to see if there was anything we needed. I requested a smaller pillow, received it 10 minutes later. Bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh bread and milk everyday and several cereals. The kitchen is gorgeous. Handy to all eating establishments, walked to the ferry and went on the ferry to the other side of this...

It's perfect for friends and family to spend time together especially during the winter nights, it's so cozy and the firepit was a game changer!The host was so lovely and helped us through everything.
