« We loved that place so peaceful, in the middle of nowhere. The overseers bungalow is great, it is the former school of the shepherds, you have all the amenities you need far from tourism effusions ;we liked so much that place that we stayed for an extra night. »

« Beautiful property, beautiful surroundings, far enough away from town for a quiet country getaway but still close enough to get supplies or enjoy restaurants. The hosts were very quick with replying and communicated well. We’re very happy with our stay and plan on coming back next year. »

« Fantastic location not far from the city but you feel like you’re out in the country. The house was in great condition, plenty of room for everyone. No one got bored, there is plenty of entertainment. Kurt, the host, was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great stay. Sinclairs Gully winery had a music event on which was lovely. The wine tasted amazing and only a short walk to get there. The Scenic hotel was also a nice place to have lunch. »

« A very poor experience - the house was dirty - I had to clean the kitchen - the fridge was full of meat that wasn't frozen and smelt - it was so unhygenic we didn't eat in it - the bedroom was musty and had cobwebs throughout - the bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper - someone arrived home at 11.30 and let dogs into the house so that I was bailed up in the bathroom.we want a refund for a very poor experience »

« Mary and Sarah were very helpful during our stay, the home is well equipped with bedding, towels, toiletries, basic food items and laundry products which was very helpful for our big group. The outdoor area was perfect for the kids to play and the supplied sports equipment was much appreciated. The house doesn’t have WIFI but we loved that we could all unplug from devices and enjoy the week together to encourage the kids to play outside more. Thank you for a lovely stay, highly recommend. »

« I wasn't expecting a 5 star accomodation and was aware it was a basic farm stay, the beds were comfortable and the fire in the lounge room heated up the house.It is lovely to wake in the morning looking at green paddocks full of sheep, and no traffic noise.We had two very busy days so great to come back cook a meal and have a wine on the veranda ,with no neighbours. »

« My partner and I came for our first anniversary and couldn't have asked for a better stay! It was everything we wanted. Beautiful scenery, plenty of opportunities for bird and wildlife spotting, a huge expanse of fields to explore, goats to play with, and Harry kindly took us out in his ute for a brilliant morning feeding the cows and bush bashing across the land. « A beautifully situated estate with everything you could require. Wine on arrival, a quick tour of the essentials and then left to enjoy the stay. Personalised touches and the venue was catered for, well above expectations. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. »

« What an amazing stay at Pat & Kate’s homestead. Pat and Kate were very welcoming and they provided us with everything that we needed for our stay. The location was amazing and we were treated to feeding the farm animals which was entertaining. They had alpacas, sheep, goats and a miniature bull. The accommodation had everything we needed, the fire pit was great to sit outside under the stars with a bottle of wine and the hot tub was equally as relaxing. « Nice place to stay to get experience of farm living. This place is 7 min away for all major shopping and river front area. Navneet is easily contactable for any queries. Place is clean and tidy before we enter into the house. Kids spent good time in the vineyard, got memorable pictures. Have 1 bath room and water is rain water and/or direct from Murray, need to keep bottle’s pack with you, Navneet has given heads-up on to arrange drinking water.
