« DO NOT STAY HERE. RANDOM PEOPLE ACCESS THE PROPERTY. EITHER THE OWNER OR THE PROPERTY MANAGER HAS GIVEN THE GATE CODE TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE AND THEY SIMPLY ENTER THE PROPERTY AND REFUSE TO LEAVE DESPITE YOU REPEATEDLY ASKING THEM TO. WHEN I CALLED THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER THEY SHE REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK WITH OWNER. THEY ALSO HUNG UP ON ME AND DID NOT CALL ME BACK. WITH ANY RESOLUTION. AFTER THIS ANOTHER TWO PEOPLE ENTERED THE PROPERTY WITHOUT NOTICE OR CONSENT. STAY...

« The property was just lovely, all we needed for our group. House was so clean and nicely decorated and equipped with all the essentials. Loved the different areas to have meals, the wrap around verandah is such an asset and a lovely place for Brekky with fly screens added to avoid insects getting in. Also a great place for our dogs to sleep at night. We brought our horses and used the arena to ride them in. The countryside around is so pretty. We were able to visit Wollombi village quite easily...

« We had a fantastic stay! The shed provided a huge range of areas to host and entertain (and dance) throughout the night and regardless of the rainy weather. We would book again, and another friend will be booking here for his birthday as well. Thanks Andrew and Anna xx »

« The property was great for a weekend away with my friends. Lots of breakout spaces to relax and a great kitchen for cooking in. Sometimes the power goes out if there are too many appliances plugged in but all you have to do is flip the fuse box switch back on again. Very minor in the grand scheme of being in a beautiful location away from everything.Would definitely recommend. »

« This place was so beautiful and honestly exceeded my expectations, the kids had a blast! From the pool to the scenery to the beautiful farm animals and huge kids area it was honestly perfect and accommodated for all ages! The house was also very very clean I brought bedsheets with me because I get paranoid about cleanliness but I didn’t even use them because everything was spotless! « We had a wonderful , peaceful stay at the cottage. The only issue was that it was too short but I will stay again. John and Peter are very lovely people and make great hosts. They make themselves available if you need anything. The grounds were awesome, just so pretty and I took quite a few photos of the scenery to use as reference photos for my artwork.
