« I was pleasantly surprised when we entered. It was clean and had a large, open living and dining area. The shower head was lovely and big (great pressure) however, the bathroom was a little dated. The main bedroom was lovely and bright however, the other room had no windows to open and it was a very hot day (over 45 degrees), the powerpoints didn't work in that room either. « On listing in never said you had to enter property through a door in house. We received this instructions after booking property. My son was greeted by some man when he entered and said he was so nervous to stay there I booked him accomodation elsewhere . I would never have booked if I new you did not have a seperate entry »

« From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. »
