« Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice kitchen »

« Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. »

« Unterkunft mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Im Prinzip ein nettes Motor Inn, benötigt jedoch dringend ein Make-Over in Form von neuen Möbeln, z.B. Sessel sind alt und verschmutzt, und Ausstattung Bad. Teppich wurde nie gesaugt und war fleckig und beschädigt. Bad war sauber, die Ausstattung wirkt jedoch alt. Positiv: es gab immer frische, saubere Handtücher und auch die Bettwäsche war immer sauber. Der Müll wurde täglich entleert. Kaffee, Tee, Kekse regelmäßig nachgefüllt plus; es gab frische Milch...

« Gorgeous cottage, in a beautiful, quiet location on the Central Coast, away from all the hustle of summer holiday makers, but still close to everything.The house was immaculate, with wonderful touches like a load of bread with jams and spreads, and books to read.A place to come back to!
