« If you want a house that is dripping in charm, check this one out. It's an adorable home with good juju that is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Phoenicia, including the lovely Esopus Creek, of which we provided a photo. We greatly appreciated the comfortable bed, as well as the sauna in the wellness room, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is thoughtfully appointed; we enjoyed the delicious coffee from the Nescafe...

« Outstanding location for Skiing and town. Host very good with communications. Space wise, very functional property for a family or even 2 families with kids. Top floor could sleep 5 or 6 kids on futons and they would have a ball in the basement rec room. Property could probably use a little freshening up at this point. Overall solid value for the price. »

« Heaven on Earth for anyone looking to get away and find peace in nature. The lodge was everything the photos suggest and more. Hosts Phil and Patty were extremely responsive to a small issue we encountered early in our stay and got things resolved in no time. »

« Our 3 generation family thoroughly enjoyed our ski weekend and enjoyed our stay here. The "house" is spacious and unique and filled with antiques plus it is a convenient drive to Belleayre Ski Center. The kids enjoyed playing upstairs and most of the adults hung out in the kitchen during the evenings. The beds were comfortable and we were able to maintain the heat in a comfortable range for us (upper 60s). »

« Perfect for our family gathering and so close to the wedding site at Windham Manor. Very comfortable just like staying at a 5 star hotel but convenience of a kitchen. The kids loved playing in the spacious yard. Thanks a very fun weekend »
