« Property was immaculate and staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Only criticism was the fixed temperature on the thermostat in the room. The room was too warm and the unadjustable thermostat did not allow us to cool the room to a desirable temperature for sleeping comfortably. We assumed the property management was being cost conscious and wanted to reduce their air conditioning expenses. »

« When we first got there 30 minutes before check in we were told at the gate we would have to pay $75 for early check in - we said we just want to park and walk around - after an argument they let us check in 30 minutes early - we were the only car in the parking lot of what looked like a 200 room resort. The place was creepy - then I was told that I only made the reservation for 1 person rather than a room do had to pay $100 per night for my husband - the AC in the room was broken and it was...

« Nice stay here for one night but a little disappointed in the Mountain View from our balcony. Not much to see there. However, the room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful. Can’t really walk anywhere from there but the location was easily accessible to the main areas by car. The staff was attentive and we enjoyed our stay. »
