« When I booked my reservation, it was stated that pets stayed free. When I go to make the payment, you added a $60.00 per night fee for the dog. I feel this was unfair as your website at the time still said pets were free. I should have been notified at the time of the change, not just days before our stay when the payment was due. When I got to the Inn to check-in the doors were locked and the phone number on the door was not working. After waiting over 15 minutes someone showed up to let...

« Resort was dark and dated. Air conditioning loud and beds and pillows uncomfortable. We were the only guests in the resort. No amenities The restaurant was more updated and bright but food was fair. No breakfast available. Golf course was in good condition and the starter was friendly and helpful. Will not be returning. »

« Nous avions réservé une nuit dans ce Bed & Breakfast séduits par son caractère ancien. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. L'aspect un peu défraîchi fait tout le charme de cet endroit. Nous avons bien été accueillis et le petit déjeuner "home made" était un régal. La maison est isolée et le village de Margaretville compte peu de commerces (surtout hors saison), il est donc conseillé de diner avant de s'y rendre. »

« This cabin was exactly what I was looking for, a bit rustic but very nice and clean. Amenities nothing flashy. Communicating was very good. I went for back country hiking and this cabin is located in the middle of the Catskill Mountains so I had a great experience. I enjoyed it so much that I am deciding to rent it again. »
