« While the home is nicely furnished with a well-stocked Kitchen, the owners were VERY Slow to respond to issues with the Air Conditioning. I chose to spend more money for this property BECAUSE it had A/C only to find out it didn't work properly. and there was no communication on how to access the property until repeated messages on the day we arrived. »

« Host response to text messages wasn’t prompt or at all to our questions/concerns. The temperature was 58 degrees at arrival and took almost 3 hours to reach 68-70. The water was brown upon arrival and the water was run for a bit until clear. Some of the beds didn’t have a comforter/bedspread and 1 bed didn’t have a pillowcase. Several of the TV remotes were not working properly need batteries. There was NOT a snow shovel to clear snow from walkway/steps. The sofas felt like they were broken...
