1. HTR Adirondacks

Thendara

« The location ON the Moose River was gorgeous but the cottages are VERY close so it was a little noisy. The decorations on the grounds for Halloween were adorable! It was difficult to learn how to operate the TV and the heaters (it was cold in the mornings). There were no instructions left to run either item and when we called the number listed, we could only leave a message but nobody called us back. We had to wait till the next day when the office was open ..then someone came right away. The...

« We had a great stay at Mohawk Pines. The house has 3 levels and made our room arrangements very easy. The house has a whole home generator that was amazing for us. The surrounding area lost power for multiple hours and we were able to use the generator for the house. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and window AC units, The basement level has 2 bedrooms as well with no AC, but it stayed very cool down there. The main floor has no AC and got a little hot. If you stay in the summer, I would bring...

Clean, plenty of space, and the owner thought of everything you might need to make you comfortable. An easy check in process gave us the perfect resting space before we headed home the next day. « The house was cute and just what we needed for the weekend. Loved the location being around the corner from Main Street, with a local pizza place and an adorable bakery. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee provided. Check in was a little wonky - we were waiting for an email from VRBO, per the owner, but never received one with the instructions. Luckily, Mark (the owner) was very responsive to my texts. The best mattress was the double upstairs. The others were not...
