Great location, cute house, fantastic yard. The kitchen utensils and dishes were stained or dirty and the assortment of pots and pan was random and disorganized. We struggled to find what we needed, and had to pre-wash everything prior to use. If you don't cook, this may not be an issue for you. The grill also didn't work. We did reach out to the management company and their response was swift, but it did derail our dinner plans since it was after business hours. The entire place also smelled rather damp and musty, the couch especially. The hot tub was wonderful.

We arrived at the property around 2AM on Thursday May 29th. It was hard to see the building number because it was tucked away. We were slightly worried because we didn't want to be trespassing on the wrong property especially at that time. Google search of the listing helped. When we woke later in the day we discovered the carpet was still wet . It stayed wet Friday also by Friday evening the house stunk. We stayed outdoors Thursday, Friday Saturday and left at 8 AM on Saturday morning. We did not enjoy our stay at the property. I would not recommend using the cleaning company. With that being said the rooms were spacious for my family of four. The location was great and the driveway parking was very convenient.

Property location great. House decorated super cute. Cobb webs in vaulted ceiling and on ceiling fans. Dishes look dirty because dish washer doesn’t work. Carpet has pet stains that make it look icky. Main bath shower was avoided. House layout is great. Jacuzzi great & yards great.

Our small work crew was in town briefly to help with a project and this was the perfect little place for them to relax. The booking was sort of last minute and Sunny Days made special accommodations so that the check in was easy. There was some confusion on our behalf as to when the check out date was, and Sunny Days saved the day by extending us a day,. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality, and this little house is just perfect. Sending much appreciation and wishing you a Happy New Year!!

We came to Ventura to visit our daughter for Christmas. This house was perfect for our family. The California vibe was fun. The location was central and made all of our touring easy. I would definitely stay here again. Property managers, Sunny Days was responsive and easy to work with as well.

There was a good vibe and the backyard was really nice. The hot tub was used a couple of time. Great location to the beach and the grocery store. My son and I walked there to do some shopping. Note: the guitar on the wall was missing the 6th string, but my son was still able to play Jack Johnson song 😊

We rented this place for family to stay for a family event taking place in Ventura. The proximity to the beach is a little off. The parking is difficult, because of the angle and neighbor and you cannot park on the street. The driveway is shared with them so if you have anything bigger than a car plan on only 1 vehicle fitting. The Tv stopped working first night, and when I contacted the property management in the app I received no call updating or trying to change the situation. I will say it was 10pm at night, but I still thought they would call me next day. I will say it was very clean, and the neighborhood is quiet. I did not expect to be right next to an elementary school though. The reason we selected a VBRO instead of a hotel was so we could have everyone under one roof, and price but the price ended up being the same with all the fees. If you are needing a place for large family and don’t care about closeness to beach or the school right there then this place is great. It’s close to a Vons like able to walk to it’s so close. Once again you cannot beat the cleanliness of this place. The TV was an inconvenience (my grandfather has a routine with his dementia tv before bed) so it just made things difficult on us but not a deal breaker.

WE enjoyed the closeness to the beach and stores. The house is well stocked with amenities needed for a family including for the beach. The only bummer was the spa was not working. I recommend and will stay here again. Hopefully they fix the spa.

We were in Ventura for a golf tournament and enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, had a fully-equipped kitchen, great TVs, and plenty of room for three of us. However, the air conditioning is just in the primary bedroom and very loud. We didn't use it. Also, the primary bathroom really needs updating, while the guest bathroom was updated and nice! We were 7 minutes from town and the harbor by car and found some wonderful eateries in the town center.

This 1950’s home was well maintained and decorated so well. The inside has comfortable furniture and feels cozy and inviting. Nice special touches with complimentary toiletries was wonderful. We slept well in the quiet neighborhood and the backyard is not only creatively done but we loved having coffee in the “shipping container” room and eating dinners at the little table. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
