Un hébergement très bien placé et top dans cette ville magique. Pour le parking utilisez le parking tronchetto. Merci à notre hôte qui a su nous retrouver pour nous rendre un bien oublié à l’appartement !!! Bref tout était parfait

Bien
La ville de Venise est superbe et il ne faut pas se priver non plus des îles de Murano et Burano. L appartement est idéalement placé pour ça et la propreté était irréprochable. Après, le matériel et les équipements restent basiques et le minimum est présent.

Le lieu d'accueil pour les formalités n'est pas simple à trouver à l'entrée de Venise. Un ou deux panneaux serai(en)t les bienvenues. Une fois l'adresse de l'appartement trouvée, le charme opère : Logement calme avec une cour intérieure. Propreté exemplaire, logement bien équipé, vue sur le canal depuis la chambre, le salon et la cuisine. Parfait

Great location. Unfortunately when we checked in, there was a maintenance issue with the shower that needed repair and we were not able to use one of the showers in the apartment.

It was a little difficult to find at first, but the apartment itself was very nice from inside, and the owner provided all basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The only challenge we faced was taking our heavy luggage to our apartment at 2nd level on the very narrow round stairs. We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood.

Apartment was spacious, clean and great location. Close to the all the beautiful attractions, water-bus, restaurants and grocery store. Only thing that I would have liked was a light in the front of apartment as it was very dark when returning in the evening. Good communication from property via WhatsApp when we had questions. I would book again in future.

Great stay
The location was great, very clean, modern updates but kept the charm, perfect view of a canal, we are a family of 4, with 2 young adults kids, and we found it to have lots of room for all of us. Would recommend to friends and family for sure! One hint add a pin on your phone once you find it, then easier to find once you are out and about in Venice since everything is like a maze in Venice

Atención lamentable, nula amabilidad
Lamentable atención. Es inadmisible que desde el checkin hasta el checkout de la estancia (2 noches) la basura esparcida por el suelo de la entrada a la propiedad no fuera recogida. Se le envió foto a los gestores del apartamento y no se dignaron a contestar. La gestión solo se preocupa de recordarte la hora de checkout, pero no de sus obligaciones. El lavavajillas no funcionaba y no se ofreció alternativa alguna, teniendo un paratamento libre en la planta inferior.

Beautiful apartment with lovely canal view. Right in the heart of Venice. Would definitely book this again next trip to Venice. Highly recommend.

During our stay the air conditioning stopped working. The guest service stated they would send a technician to fix the air condition on Saturday. Upon our return the air condition was not working and they stated they had no technicians to fix the air conditioning on the weekend, after calling back the second time. We attempted to sleep with the windows open, my entire family received bug bites. They responded to me stating the AC was working and no bugs. We have no reason to fabricate this story. We have used Expedia and Airbnb numerous times with out issues. The check-in is disorganized and the staff was arguing with each other. The apartment was clean, we did enjoy the location. We do not appreciate not being compensated or provided an alternative solution for no AC. Additionally it is very easy to say once we have left that there was no issue. We would appreciate some accommodation and reimbursement for this inconvenience during our family holiday.

Dear guest, we came to check the air conditioning and it works perfectly. There are no bugs in the apartment, maybe some mosquitos which you can find everywhere in Venice as it is a quite humid city.

San Marco Style Canal View
My family and I had a great experience at the San Marco Style Canal View. There were literally Gondolas floating by outside our living room window. It was secure, and very clean.Location was close to everything, and by that I mean, St. Marks Square, and so many places to eat and shop. we would stay here again, if ever in Venezia.

TERRIBLE check in. The reception address provided when we booked was not correct. Not even the locals were able to help us find the place. Attempted calling, took more than one attempt to get through. Once we finally found the place, unfriendly service did provide us with the info we needed to find the apartment. The apartment was amazing with the exception of not having enough toilet paper. We talked to the neighboring tourists who also complained of the same issues. So with huge improvements in their check in process, I would be able to rate the place much better!
