you get what you pay for
the suit was ok, strange lay out. Walls and pictures were dirty, but washroom and bedding were clean, the beds were very uncomfortable( hard ) so if you like hard beds you might like it. Over all it was not bad for the price

I was not told it had stairs going down. We had a great grand mother with us. It is in the basement . There was no heat and we all slept in the cold . The owner said a window was open and do could not turn the heat on . I texted 1 am to get warmth. At six he wrote back that he can bring a heater. . There were hardly any dishes, no soap in the bathroom . Very substandard for ANB. Bad .

Please read all information on website before confirm your reservation. June 25 is in SUMMER. Our local normal temperature 23°C is different than Indian 46°C. I don't know how many Canadian can survival if Canada Vancouver's temperature go to 46°C. Dear Indian friends: Welcome to Canada !!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE The property was an underground basement apartment and was filthy. There was black mold in the shower. There were stains on the furniture covered up by a towel, and stains on a slip cover that were being covered by a chair cushion that was originally supposed to be covered by the slip cover due to other stains. There was grease and gunk on the floor boards. There was half an inch of greasy dust accumulated on the ceiling fan. The whole property smelled of mildew and moisture. There was damage to the walls that just hadn’t been repaired. It was so bad that we left after spending just 15 minutes to book another location through Expedia, who after going back several times has told us “too bad” in effect and that the property denies us a refund and Expedia won’t either. Hugely dissatisfied with this, and we’re out several hundred dollars for a 15 minute stay in a dirty pit.

This customer make a wrong reservation and tried to take back the payment after check out time. Expedia rejected his requitement. Than, he start to make some trouble and this virtual story.

This suit was ideal for our situation. We just needed somewhere clean and comfortable and convenient to stay during a kid's sports weekend and this worked perfectly.

It has weird smell, can’t cook or wash clothes but they have a washing machine with $10 per load. It’s not for 5 people stay.

As described in our website, this suite is totally over 500 square feet (bedroom and living room). Sunlight room is about 100 square feet. Laundry price is not included in room price. LG-6 cu ultra-large capacity washer $10/wash, this price is included all detergents and drying.

A great clean place, it was just very cold and the heating didn’t seem to be working and there were no spare blankets. A very minor problem in a great place! Would return.

Nice and spacious property, good location and great value. The cabins are basements units in the host's house and come well equipped. Host is extremely helpful and communicative - our toaster didn't work and she immediately came down with a replacement. She also accommodated my request for a charging point for my electric car in front of the house. The unit doesn't have washer dryer though, and kitchen only has basic equipment and condiments. Unit was pretty clean and had most of the things we needed.

This is not a hotel/motel experience. It is an apartment in a house. No live tv. Only netflix, that works sometimes, and turns off by itself. The beds are very squeaky/noisy. No individually packaged coffee grounds, (only, dried out coffee grounds in a vase, with no aroma), also the sugar is rock hard, and not in individual packages, (only in a bottle). When we arrived, we did not know where to go. we parked to see if we were in the correct location. When we came back to our vehicle, a house owner started yelling/screaming at us for parking in front of the house. We were never informed where we can park. Only where not to park. The heater is controlled by the house owner. We could not turn the heat up or down. We parked our vehicle in the driveway of the house. The tree weeps something that made our vehicle dirty. Our vehicle needs to be washed after only one night's stay. Over all, not a good place to stay, unless you are an out of town contractor, looking for a bed to sleep on.

This is a typical trouble maker. He arrived afternoom and parking in our middle of drive way, just under NO PARKING sgin. His truck blocked our garage entrance and drive way for 3 hours. We nicely send him a text massage to remind him. He was very rough and starting to complain everything.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. Supplies in kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Owner of property can easily be reached even though we weren’t met personally during check in, but because of precautionary measures because of Covid, this is the acceptable way. Their location is also easily accessible with spacious parking and no hassle getting vehicles out of the driveway.

A perfect place for a family or 1-2 kids, planning to be busy all day, but need a clean, cozy, comfortable place to rest. Hosts were friendly, quick to reply to requests. Check in was easy. Only feedback: 1) needs A/C in the summer. 2) main bed was quite firm (but that's totally subjective). 3) Ample parking for 2 cars, but needs more direction from hosts to ensure space is being used well. Make sure 1st car back, parks at the top, parallel to house, leaving the 2nd to have ample space behind. U-shape driveway allows for both to leave whenever they want. Otherwise, a no-brainer to consider again!

B2 room is much better than the previous one that we got. Its more spacious. There are some details that needed to be clean but overall it’s generally clean. Again you get what you pay for.

The B2 room is kinda small for us and some amenities are outdated. The water in the tub while showering stays longer as it should not be, I don’t know if there’s a clog. I cannot complain as it was really cheap but overall you get what you pay for.
