Property well situated, contact with responsable person terrible Gave us wrong info to access the info, wrong appartment. When we mentionned it is not what we rented , much smaller , 3 stories instead of the large single story we did rent. He argues this was what we rented. The day after , someone at the door claiming that was the appartment they rented. We finally found out our appartment was on the 2 nd floor.He said it was our mistake, how could we access the first appartment without his directions. Lot’s of stress! Je wanted us to stay in the small appartment without his directions lots of stairs Even if out of trying to make it easy on everyone , we had offer to pay for the cleaning. He was rude He said you have 2 choices : you stay where you are or go out. My husband said : there is a 3rd option: we stay in the appartment we reserved and paid for . He said to my husband: I can get guys to take you out! !I was terribly scared. I am 78 years old and a treat Line this got my pressure to rise .And I forgot to mention the taxi left us on the corner of a street and When I tried to call him , he said : who are you? What do you want in a scary way. The appartment we had rented and we had paid for,compared to the pictures we had seen Contrary to what he was arguing with me when we entered the 1 st appartment. I said : We rented a 1 story and we have 3. It was much bigger with 8 Windows. His andwered was: It dépends on the angle the photo was taken !!! I replied 3 stori
