L appartement est spacieux et idéalement situé,très proche du coeur de la ville. A 2 pas des nombreux restaurants,bars et lieux principaux. Propriétaire très réactif et sérieux. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Very close to main to merchant and republic street. Clean and safe. Air conditioner in family room is not cooling properly. Everything else was good .

Valetta is fabulous and Borgo Suites is well located in a quiet street near to the centre. A handy shop and bus stop are nearby. The building itself is beautiful with high ceilings and nice windows and balconies. Sound insulation is excellent. The suite is reasonably well equipped and the bed is large and comfortable. Linen was fresh and clean and was changed every 2 days. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work and had been supplemented by three floor standing fans and a portable airconditioner which was noisy and stood awkwardly blocking access to the balcony. Sadly some of the fixtures and fittings are damaged and need replacing, these include shelves in the bathroom, bathroom mirror, light fittings, light bulbs and coffee mug. Despite these small issues we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely return.

Unfortunately there was some mold in the bathroom shower. And washing machine wasn't working not spining and not washing the clothing. Location is great and so close to everything.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It’s a great location, just a quick walk into the centre of Valletta and to the water taxis etc. There is a lift if you don’t want to climb all the stairs and access to the property was simple. One of the en-suites could do with better ventilation, otherwise it’s a great rental for the price.

Air conditioning was a portable unit in the lounge with the hose going through an open door and hole in the balcony making it unusable, in the bedroom was just a free standing fan. The mattress was not a mattress just a layer of foam on the bed covered with a sheet. Had to request a coffee machine that was part of the listing but wasn't there when we checked in.

Clean place,very rustic- this is not really European standard of hotel.It was once a home to somebody. Its very old, brim full of history. I liked it. The front doir decurity is basic and you could bust in,easily,if you wished. Also,it is unsuitable to those less than nimble. The stairs.... But I liked it. Love Valletta.

I did get good response from property for check-in and response to requests. I was very disappointed in the conditions of the apartment. It is very dated and in need of repairs and upgrading. The floors are old and in bad condition. There is peeling paint around the windows sill. I contacted the property as no ceiling lights worked. They did have a service person come the following day to replace bulbs, but two blew out so there might be a ceiling wiring issue? The kitchen is minimally stocked of dishware. There are 2 mugs, one with a broken handle! There is no coffee pot or nespresso machine, only a kettle for boiling water. The one saucepan has a handle that is in need of repair as it is close to breaking. There are no kitchen supplies such as paper towels or even just salt or pepper, one dish towel is supplied plus one small sponge with small amount dish detergent. There is a washer, but no detergent....a couple pods/sheets would have been nice! There are more items that need addressing, but the idea is that the whole apartment needs addressing. We stayed 4 nights and definitely would not stay here again. I wish I could have written a good review as we stayed at other apartments in different cities and countries and this really was the most disappointing stay we have experienced.

Clean room, everything needed for a short stay, very comfortable bed and pillows, near to local sights and the main area for eating and drinking and shopping. Small shop across the road for basics, supermarket 10 min walk away. Very helpful staff on what's app and the housekeeping team did a fabulous job every morning. The keysafe was handy although instructions on how to use could be a bit clearer and communicated earlier as it was confusing when I got there. Loved it, would return

We had an amazing stay, the property is excellent - well maintained and clean throughout. It was very well located, with restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away, a short walk to the local beach, and easy to either get to the bus terminal or have a taxi come to the door. Would love to stay again and can highly recommend.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie der Busbahnhof sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Hotel um sich selbst zu versorgen.

Good location in the quieter, more residential part of the old city of Valletta. Close to restaurants and within walking distance of many tourist sites. We rented a 2 BR 2 bath. A pleasant apartment, but it had a quirky layout, in that two bedrooms, the living area, and one bath were on one floor and the other bath was two floors below. The biggest issue we had is that the apartment is on the second level and is accessed by a somewhat steep stairwell (no elevator). The top half of the stairwell had no handrail, which made it a bit nerve wracking, especially when carrying suitcases down the steps. The stairwell also had oddly shaped and slick steps when it turned a corner, making it that much more challenging. Our check-in email was a bit later than promised. There is an independent paid luggage drop nearby if you arrive before the afternoon check-in time.

I sent the property a message days before arrival and never received a response. I had to call the day of and request the check-in instructions. They told me I would have to wait because the system was down. I waited an hour and called again this timing asking if the instructions could just be emailed. The next issue was luggage storage. The property described luggage storage as an amenity but doesn’t specify for a fee. When it was time to check-in at 3pm, I still hadn’t received the check-in instructions, I called again and it was because an email stating the city tax needs to be paid before sending the instructions had gone to junk mail. If this had been clearly communicated, I would have immediately paid the city tax. Once checked in, the property was dirty. The floor had not been mopped and everything looked dusty. Worst of all the air-conditioning was not working. Unacceptable considering the sweltering heat of the summer in Malta. When I requested to be moved rooms to one with working air conditioning I was told maintenance would come and fix the unit. Once back in our room from long hot day of site seeing, not only was the AC NOT fixed, but all we found were two mote dusty fans from the two fans that were already placed in the room. When I called back to be moved rooms I was told they were fully booked it would be impossible. I looked up sister properties, there was availability. Other small inconveniences included broken ironing board, no soap shampoo conditioner
