« This is the second time we stayed here., and have stayed in 3 different rooms. Each room consistently disappointing for maintenance/ engineering reasons. We made the reservation (2X) based on the fact that we liked the fireplace, deep tub, neither of which worked in either room we were out in during this stay. The front desk staff gave us a different room when we mentioned that neither the fireplace or bathtub worked in our original room. They assured us the next room would be fine… literally...

« Upon arrival I asked about a room we stayed in previously and Rob (front desk) checked and arranged to get us into that wonderful room. Thanks, Rob. Poste Montane is clean, conveniently located right in the center of it all. The wonderful breakfast and use of Park Hyatt pool and facilities all added to the experience. You feel like you are somewhere in Europe but without the jet lag!! wonderful stay in an incredible place. »

« The individual unit was clean and well maintained, but the lodge itself was dated and the carpet in common areas needed a deep cleaning. There was a hot tub inside, directly outside our room, which was actually pretty cool, but it was dated and the lattice wood around it was broken and appeared old. »

« Kitchen dirty. Two kitchen outlets were dead. No hot water in 2 bathroom sinks. Make up mirror was broken. Toaster was broken. The connecting room door was wide open and we didn’t rent that side. No air conditioning no longer works with climate change. Our room was 79 degrees at midnight. It was hard to sleep. Also I70 was noisy all night. Only one elevator was working for entire building. Staff was nice. »
