« Best experience I’ve had renting a vacation home. Owner greeted us on day one with a warm welcome. Booked this house for a family vacation. The amenities, location and close vicinity to the major attractions in DC was perfect. Felt safe and at home during the stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting DC. Everything you need to dell at home and prepare meals is provided. »

« The host was communicative and responsive. The initial directions were a bit unclear, but the host promptly responded. However, it is a basement apartment and the sole egress was blocked by what appeared to be some sort of HVAC unit. Additionally, the electricity appeared to be a bit rigged as there were adapters plugged into surge protectors. At one point the breaker tripped, but it was handled expeditiously. My main concern was in the event of an emergency, there was no secondary exit as the...

« Parking was at a premium. If renting a car, good luck finding a place to park it. The property had an "old" smell upon entering. There was no empty storage for our things for a multi-day stay. We were also bitten many times by some insect, most likely in bed. »
