• Maximum Occupancy & Age Requirement: Renters must be 25+ years old. Families with children under 25 are welcome. The maximum occupancy must be respected, and any additional guests require prior approval.
• Alcohol: Excessive drinking not allowed
• Parties and events are not permitted
• Respect the home. Excessive mess, or behavior requiring deep or biohazard cleaning will incur additional cleaning fees
• Damage responsibility: Guests are responsible for the full cost of any damage, missing items, or repairs beyond normal wear and tear
• Checkout instructions must be followed
• Booking confirms agreement to these house rules.
