Très belle villa dans un jardin magnifique avec piscine privée très agréable. Salle de bains avec baignoire et douche en extérieur au top. Restaurant de très bonne qualité avec vue sur la jungle environnante.

Bel hôtel mais vieillissant / ne vaut pas le prix
Bel hôtel mais vieillissant, nous étions dans une chambre luxe avec piscine privée. La villa est en effet luxueuse et le cadre paradisiaque mais plusieurs points négatifs nous ont dérangé surtout au vu du prix. Un gros problème d'humidité dans la chambre, cela sent le moisis et le lit est constamment humide. L'emplacement dans la jungle très sympathique mais le bruit des tronçonneuses à longueur de journée nettement moins. Le service de massage est très bien mais cela ne vaut pas le prix exorbitant demandé ( 10 x le prix normal), idem pour la nourriture et le bar. L’hôtel est loin de la ville mais le service de navette fonctionne très bien. Problème d'intimité avec les toilettes ouverts et surtout si les personnes passants à l'extérieur de la villa sont grands (1,90 m), ils profiteront d'un magnifique panorama au dessus du brise vue sur votre baignoire et piscine... Le personnel est souriant et attentionné mais comme partout à Bali. Le petit déjeuné et le goûter (offert) sont très copieux et variés.

C'était notre 3ième séjour dans cette établissement depuis 2013, c'est dire si la qualité est exceptionnelle et le dépaysement total à environ 4 km de Ubud et ses rizières en terrasses.

Expérience horrible à cause du personnel. Malgré un cadre agréable et un standing qui se veut haut de gamme, le personnel a essayé de nous vendre des prestations avant même notre arrivée dans la chambre. ils nous ont vendu un tour (Volcan de nuit) pour 2, on s'est retrouvé à 6 et à avoir payé 4 fois le prix payé par les 2 autres couples parce que nous étions passé par l'hôtel. Lorsque nous avons voulu contesté en pensant que c'était une erreur, on s'est retrouvé dans une arrière cuisine avec un personnage très très menaçant qui nous a pressé de payer et ne pas discuter. Ils ont même fait irruption dans notre chambre pour insister à organiser notre transfert à l'aéroport. Ils travaillent avec des gens de leur village qui habitent à côté de l'hôtel et les prestation ne sont même pas facturées par l'hôtel ce qui confirme que le personnel fait son business de son côté. Nous avons même eu peur et sentis menacés par moment par cette équipe très insistante et désagréable.

Hotel parfait à Ubud !!
Hotel magnifique a Ubud. Villa, service, emplacement, proprete tout est irreprochable et tout le monde est au petit soin. Excellent hotel au milieu de la foret et au dessus de la riviere. Une voiture avec chauffeur etait a notre disposition pour tous les deplacements a Ubud. Massage de 30 minutes offert pendant le sejour. Parfait en couple et la découverte de Ubud!!

Une suite de princesse
Tout, absolument tout, est réuni au Kayumanis pour que le séjour se passe à la perfection. Les villas sont très jolies et complètes (salon extérieur, chambre, cuisine, piscine privée, salle de bain intérieure, salle de bain extérieure...). Le personnel est à notre service, le room service est gratuit, même pour le petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est loin du centre mais un service de voiture est à notre disposition. Enfin le cadre est magnifique, le parc est immense, fleuri, très bien entretenu.

Pros: - deluxe villa ground is quite big so you don't feel cramp like other villas in bali. Pool especially is very pleasant and long enough to swim. Outdoor lounge is very comfy. there are 2 tv And dvd player! - complimentary mini bar - the property is very large, in a nice setting, with spa pavilions overlooking the forest, and main pool close to the river - staff was very friendly - spa facilities and therapists are flawless, yet a bit pricey for the category - efficient and comfortable private car shuttle around ubud compensates the sayan location 15mn off the center by car Disadvantages: - rooster sound from nearby village all day and night... It's from afar but loud enough to be heard. So light sleepers should be prepared. - the villa is a bit worn out, with old fashion furniture, garden could be replenish to make it an absolute perfect hideaway - walled villa with no views. Not necessarily an issue but it's good to know beforehand. - breakfast food is average, though it is appreciable to be able to order all day long. - main pool facilities (lounge chairs, day bed) is a bit worn out too. Could be replaced or upgraded for a better experience. Overall: Very friendly staff and huge size villa are the major assets of the kayumanis. A bit of modernization and upgrade would make it perfect. A very pleasant stay and i would definitely recommend the place.

Lovely villa in very quiet area of Ubud. If you were looking for a secluded place to get away from every day hustles, this is the place to be!! The wifi connection was decent. The location was very inconvenient if you want to explore central Ubud and only one dining option available within the resort. Some of property features were "overkilled" I thought, like outdoor shower, toilet and living area. Certainly they did add "charm" but when raining, practicality and inconvenience took over. But once again, if you want to just relax in your villa and do nothing (except for swimming, internet surfing, reading), this probably is the best place to "vacation".

The property should not advertise as 5 star, it can be 3 or 4 star. It’s situated in the jungle bushland due to that there are mosquitoes everywhere. outside there is little walk bridge while walking there it stinks like a sewage leak. At night time there is a ultra noisy bug cicada, which didnt let us sleep whole night. we was offered free spa massage per person in our package. when we went to the spa to redeem that offer we was told its just 15 min per person, which was very misleading. overall, it was an average experience!

This hotel is world class ! Staff is the best ! Each staff worker here deserves a best in class service award ! From front desk to staff helping with food service ! It’s just outstanding- only disappointment is you have to leave ! :) do not think twice this place is worth the price and chef is world class and so personable he came out to our villa personally to check and ensure we liked the food!

What a treat
We stayed here with our children for 3 nights. The hotel is exactly like the photographers. Beautiful and calm. The rooms are spacious and the private pool was clean and enjoyed thoroughly by the family. You feel spoiled and pampered the moment you enter the hotel. It’s quiet and you don’t get to see other guests. Breakfast and all meal can be order and plated inside your own private villa. The food was great and quite reasonably priced compared to restaurants outside. The massage we got was one of the best. The sound and sight of nature surrounding you while laying semi outdoor was just one of a kind. The workers are always humble and attentive. They give you your space but will be there with one phone call. Having that said. The trade off of having such beautiful landscaping would be the presence of mosquitos, sounds of frogs at night…etc. it’s not a deal breaker as it didn’t affect everyone in our party equally. Will definitely come back next time we are in Ubud again.

수영장이 넓어서 너무 좋았고 화장실이랑 샤워시설이 야외라 첨엔 당황스러웠으나 당황스러움이 즐거움으로 변했습니다. 계피향의 어메니티가 좋았고..쿠키도 맛있었어요. 아쉬운 점은 구석 구석 눈에 띄는 먼지들이 좀 보였어요. 안보이는곳까지 깨끗이 청소해 주셨으면 합니다. 직원들은 과할만큼 친절하셨어요. 대접받는 기분이라 너무 좋았습니다.

Beautiful villas in a stunning location
We had a fabulous stay at the Kayumanis hotel, highly recommend it and would return without hesitation. The location is about 10-15 minutes drive from the centre of Ubud and a free shuttle is provided during the day for trips in and out. The hotel staff were so organised and helpful, making arrangements for any activities we wanted to do. The hotel is set in the jungle with spectacular views from the restaurant, pool area and all around. We were offered a free massage each with our stay and the treatments were wonderful. Breakfasts and dinners at the hotel were delicious and the staff were happy to serve meals at our villa, which we chose to do on a couple of occasions. This stay felt really luxurious and nothing was too much trouble for the team, it made for a perfect, relaxing stay for our visit to Ubud.

A top class Villa with private pool in a beautiful location. Spa, restaurant , main pool, private pool. Staff are top notch and the private butler truly was available 24/7. Remember it is Ubud so expect a few mosquitoes but they provide a comfortable environment for guests. It is close to nature and I’ll be back.

Beautiful property in a very quiet neighbourhood in Ubud. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any questions. The big advantage is a large pool in your villa so you can swim and de stress everyday. The menu is mainly Thai and Indonesian, with some Western options. All good and ingredients were of high quality and the cooking was excellent. The only downside is the mosquitoes in the outside toilet and shower area. Bring bug repellent. Highly recommended for honeymooners or couples looking to decompress and forget the outside world!

I loved the quietness, friendliness of the staff, outdoor features (shower/kitchen area). However, the toilet and main sink are open/outdoors and there were constantly bugs *mosquitos/flies/ants/frogs everywhere - even around toiletries. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bed was really hard. The outdoor area was nice, some furniture/cushions had signs of wearing but not horrible. I'm 5'2 and can not swim - therefore, was unable to use pool because of how deep it was. It was even too steep to climb down and just stand...this was a deep disappointment. It was also very far from most attractions/action, but we were told that "Ubud" was the better area. Again, appreciated the quietness. Food choices were solid and ranged from Western to local cuisine - very reasonably priced. Had massages that were just okay. No impressive techniques, no serene feeling, no spa like music, and staff were talking throughout in a distance that could be heard. Because of bugs, bed, depth of pool, and location I would personally not stay again.

Please accept our sincerely apologize for not being able to meet your expectation and for the inconvenience experience you have encountered during your stay with us in regard to the bed, bugs, depth of the pool and our location. Your honest feedback are highly appreciated and it has been brought to our most attention for our continuously improvement. As our Villa concept is blend with nature and we are located around the river and valley, we could not avoid the mosquitoes and other animal such as frog and lizard which may appear in the Villa area. We do regular fogging and also we provide mosquito coils and repellent in each Villa to avoid the spread of the mosquitoes. Regarding the location, we are located in Sayan Village which is approximately 15 minutes drive from Ubud Center where you can explore the art and culture of Bali such as temples, museum and the Ubud Royal Family Palace. The other nearest attraction from Ubud is Rice Terrace and Waterfall. However, we are located quite far from the city and beaches area. We once again apologize for any inconvenience you had experienced during your stay with us and we look forward to the day when we can welcome you back and serve you a better experience at Kayumanis Ubud. I realize that my comments should include many details and specifics about the property, but the reality is words cannot truly describe how exceptional and beautiful the property is. The staff is incredible, and it was an amazing experience to be in the middle of a tropical paradise While enjoying our private pool and villa. The grounds of the property are exceptionally beautiful, full of singing birds and flowers. Take the time and enjoy the main pool for an entire afternoon. You can lounge around the beautiful infinity pool as they bring you drinks and delicious food to enjoy. Also take the time to get to know the staff at the hotel. They are all very kind and love sharing their knowledge and experience of Bali. I know I have shared some details about our stay, but it is still very difficult to describe how truly beautiful and amazing our stay was at the resort.
